01 Consultation & Scope
We begin with a complimentary meeting to discuss your vision, goals, and budget. We will then perform a detailed, no-obligation walkthrough of the property to accurately scope the project.
02 Selections & Estimate
We translate your goals into a clear plan. This phase involves finalizing colors, sheens, textures, and trim profiles and guiding you through the material selection process. We then compile the complete scope and materials list to provide a transparent and fixed-price estimate.
03 The Work & Updates
With everything approved, our team gets to work. We protect your floors and furnishings, provide continuous updates on scheduling and quality checks, and share daily jobsite photos and milestone reports directly with you, ensuring the project remains transparent and runs smoothly.
04 Final Walkthrough
Before we consider the project complete, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you to ensure every surface, coat, and trim line meets your standards. We compile a Final Punch List and address all items. We don’t finish until you’re fully satisfied.
05 Our Lasting Commitment
Even after completion, our commitment continues. We stand firmly by our work and remain available for any questions, adjustments, or future projects you may have. Your partnership with Pena Construction doesn’t end when the job does.
