01 Consultation & Scope
We begin with a complimentary meeting to discuss your vision, goals, and budget. We will then perform a detailed, no-obligation walkthrough of the property to accurately scope the project.
02 Design & Estimate
We translate your goals into actionable plans. This phase involves finalizing all architectural drawings and guiding you through the material selection process. We then compile the complete scope and materials list to provide a transparent and fixed-price estimate.
03 Construction & Updates
With all approvals secured, our team begins construction. We provide continuous updates on scheduling and quality checks. All critical information, including daily jobsite photos and milestone reports, is shared directly with you, ensuring the project remains transparent and runs smoothly.
04 Final Walkthrough
Before we consider the project complete, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your standards. We compile a Final Punch List and address all items. Once you are fully satisfied, we provide a complete Orientation. We don’t finish until you’re ready to turn the key.
05 Our Lasting Commitment
Even after completion, our commitment continues. We stand firmly by our work and remain available for any questions, adjustments, or future projects you may have. Your partnership with Pena Construction doesn’t end when the job does.
